Chloe Thaler‘s story is one of focus, determination and resilience.
She grewup in the real estate business in her hometown of Fayetteville, N.C., and became inspired by watching her father, Neil Grant, “build a thriving business from the ground up.” “He started his own real estate journey in his early 40s, transforming a small operation on our sunroom porch into a successful commercial firm and investing in multiple properties,” she recalls.
Chloe graduated from high school in three years and earned her bachelor’s degree in business with minors in psychology and human resources management, also in three years. In 2008, at age 21, she earned her real estate license.
“As a single mom of two by age 20,” she says, “I was driven to create a career that would provide stability for my family and allow me to be a role model for my children. Real estate lets me combine my passion for helping people with the chance to guide clients through one of life’s biggest investments.”
As an agent with national award-winningColdwell Banker Advantage in Fayetteville, she serves clientsnot only in Cumberland County, near Fort Liberty, but alsoneighboring Harnett, Hoke, Lee and Moore counties. Now a wife and mom to five teenagers, Chloe understands the importance of staying organized, responsive and calm. Her real estate clientsapplaud her vast knowledge of the local market, from housing inventory to local schools and restaurants. In her free time, Chloe indulges her passion as a true crime enthusiast and also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, binge-watching shows with her husband on rainy Sundays, traveling, and family game nights with the kids.
Causes close to her heart include breast cancer awareness in memory of her grandmother and supporting the homeless by packing food boxes and donating essentials with other community volunteers. I don't know about you but when I was deciding on an agent to go with, I wanted someone that was flexible, agile and responsive. My wife and I got those services and beyond with Chloe. The market was extremely tough and we ended up viewing 15+ houses and putting in 10+ offers. It was an arduous process but Chloe always brought positive energy to the table. Chloe was always available to assist us, at all hours of the day. We were able to view houses same day. She provided advice but wasn't pushing one house over another. I'm a control freak and even I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process. We can't thank her enough or put into words how much we would recommend her.
